Thandre Natural Vision Trust® (TNV- TRUST®) goals are to provide farm owners with land preservation options that combine the landowner’s conservation ethic with forward looking operations practices, as needed for independent and productive farming operations, and to better prepare future farmers.
 
Thandre Natural Vision Trust® (TNV- TRUST®) mission are unique in Thandre Village, Mysore District and other parts of Karnataka State, India.

Thandre Natural Vision Trust® (TNV- TRUST®) is founded to a growing need within the farming community to provide voluntary, private sector mechanisms intended to assist landowners in retraining their land in agriculture and in passing it on to succeeding generation.

Whereas the trustees to this deed have joined hands to have constituted themselves into a trust to carry on the operation of trading fruits, vegetable, growing medicinal plants, horticulture and other agriculture products and other items may be decided between the trustees from time to time.

And whereas the trustees have mutually agreed to the terms and conditions of the trust and the manner in which the operation shall be run and other terms which shell governs the relationship to the trustees relating to the operations, it is considered expedient to lay in writing to the terms and conditions agreed to between them.

Working at Rural Village to Create Awareness:

In sustainability for safe drinking water, water for irrigation reducing pollution using technology and best practices adopting more renewable energy resource to reduce dependency on fossil fuels.

Nature and formation of trust:
This is non-profitable and public trust shall administer to promote Natural /Organic farming and rural development. The service of the trust shall open to all sections of the society irrespective of any caste, creed, colour and sex.

Working Hours:
The working hours of the Trust shall be from 10:30am to 3:30pm on all days except Sundays and General Holidays

Funds of the Trust:
The trust shall comprise of the Nucleus of amount received from authors of the trust and received as Donations / contributions from general public and other charitable organizations all other such sum received and realized to augments of the Trust funds.

That the trustees do hereby form and constitute themselves in to a trust with effect from today.

2. That the trust operation shall be carried on in the name of Thandre Natural Vision Trust® (TNV- TRUST®) it shall be open to the trust to open branch  or branches in the same name or any other name as may be mutually agreed to between them from time to time. It shall be open also to trust to change the trust’s name by mutual consent.

3. That the place of operation of the trust shall be at Thandre Village, Anekal, Bangalore etc., Karnataka State, INDIA and it shall be open to the trust to open branch or branches at such other place or places as may be decided by trustees.

4. That the trust will sell Natural grown, Fruits, Vegetables and all other types of agriculture, horticulture, dairy products and medicinal plants.

5. Create Awareness to rural generation to use Green Energy / Generate ECO friendly and Green Energy form cow dung, hydro electricity, solar energy, wind power generation and generation of gobar gas from the cow dung.

6. That the duration of the Trust shall be at will.

7. That the accounting period of the trust will shall be the year ending 31st March of each year.

8. That capital shall be contributed by the trustees in such proportion and at such time as is mutually decided between them form time to time.

9. Giving awareness for mass farmers to adopt ECO friendly cultivation/ Natural farming and encourage the farmers switch from the Conventional to ECO friendly cultivation.

10. That the above Sun Symbol / Logo / Emblem with circled trust name namely “Thandre Natural Vision Trust® (TNV-TRUST®)” is the Intellectual Property (IP) of the Trust. Trust Sun Symbol / Logo / Emblem can be Golden colour, Pink Colour, Green Colour or multicolour's.
